I am a storyteller trained in anthropology.

Me, age four

I still have books I made in grade school, my family still talks about tales I spun for them, and when other kids were building things with their Legos I was using them to tell stories.

Then anthropology entered my life.

by nature and training, an anthropologist: a studier of people, collecting perspectives. She is a chronic question-asker and a believer in the power of storytelling.

Currently she works in a public library, the heart of her local community. She has received several awards for her fiction and publishes her non-fiction writing throughout the internet.

I live in a small, south-eastern Pennsylvania town with my husband, Tim, and twin sister kittens, Scout and Fern.
